GOALS (MORE OR LESS)

I've gone back and forth on New Year's resolutions the past few years, mostly not making any, but this year I'm going for it.

In 2016 I want to continue towards my goal of less.

- Less clutter.

- Less stress.

- Less making excuses.

- Less worrying over things I can't control.

- Less relationships that aren't supportive.

- Less food going bad in the produce drawer before I get to it.

But I don't want to wait an entire year to see how I measured up. So in my day to day living, I want more.

- More laughter.

- More movement.

- More vegetables.

- More water.

- More faith.

- More prayer.

- More one on one time with each of my kids.

- More intentional conversations.

- More good books.

- More enjoying the moment.

- More deep breathing.

- More sleep. Work with me here, kids.

- More movies. I'm serious. I watched maybe five movies in all of 2015.

So, basically I'm setting myself up to binge watch Lifetime movies while I KonMari my house. Sounds fantastic.

I think I can handle these resolutions.
